Both entities operate as separate legal entities under the Shelze brand, in alignment with applicable independence requirements and professional standards governing the provision of assurance services. Shelze Professional Services is a licensed independent firm of Chartered Accountants that provides assurance services. Shelze Advisory Services Limited and its affiliated entities โ Shelze Advisory Services LLC (Houston, Texas), Shelze Advisory Services FZE (Itana, Alaro City Free Zone) and Shelze Consulting (Ghana) โ provide tax, advisory, and consulting services and are not licensed to provide assurance services.
Shelze Professional Services and Shelze Advisory Services Limited act as joint data controllers in respect of personal data collected through this Website. Shelze Professional Services is the data controller for personal data relating to assurance services and website operations. Shelze Advisory Services Limited is the data controller for personal data relating to tax, advisory, consulting, and digital services.
