Why this programme

A reform this large is not learned from a summary.

The NTA 2025 consolidated five separate statutes into a single regime with
effect from 1 January 2026. Rates changed. Definitions changed. Obligations
that did not exist last year now carry penalties. Most finance teams are
working from secondary commentary that is already out of date.

01

Read from the statute

Every position taught here is traced to a section of the NTA or the NTAA.
You leave knowing not just the rule but where it lives and how it
interacts with the rest of the Act.

02

Computation, not commentary

Worked examples throughout — partial exemption, net-of-tax contracts,
interest restriction, Development Levy, presumptive tax. You compute
alongside the faculty rather than watching slides.

03

Practitioner faculty

Taught by the Shelze Fiscal advisory team from live client engagements
under the new regime, including the audit positions the NRS is currently
taking.

Choose your track

Two formats. One standard.

The three-day programme is built for practitioners who must advise others.
The one-day programme is built for decision-makers who must act. Both are
taught to the same technical standard.
