Shelze Admin · September 2026
Flagship physical learning event
The Nigeria Tax Act 2025 rewrote the rules. This is the programme that
teaches you to work within them â provision by provision, computation by
computation, with the people who advise on it daily.
Register on or before 20 September 2026 and pay the early
rate on either track. Seats are released in order of confirmed payment.
Why this programme
The NTA 2025 consolidated five separate statutes into a single regime with
effect from 1 January 2026. Rates changed. Definitions changed. Obligations
that did not exist last year now carry penalties. Most finance teams are
working from secondary commentary that is already out of date.
Every position taught here is traced to a section of the NTA or the NTAA.
You leave knowing not just the rule but where it lives and how it
interacts with the rest of the Act.
Worked examples throughout â partial exemption, net-of-tax contracts,
interest restriction, Development Levy, presumptive tax. You compute
alongside the faculty rather than watching slides.
Taught by the Shelze Fiscal advisory team from live client engagements
under the new regime, including the audit positions the NRS is currently
taking.
Choose your track
The three-day programme is built for practitioners who must advise others.
The one-day programme is built for decision-makers who must act. Both are
taught to the same technical standard.
Who should attend
If a filing position you take this year will be examined next year, this
programme is written for you.
Advisors and consultants who must hold a defensible position across every head of tax.
Officers signing off on returns, provisions and disclosures under the new regime.
Teams operating monthly VAT, WHT and PAYE cycles and preparing for audit.
Principals who need to understand exposure before it becomes an assessment.
