“Shelze” is the brand name under which Shelze Professional Services and Shelze Advisory Services Limited, together with their affiliated entities, provide professional services. Both entities operate as separate legal entities under the Shelze brand, in alignment with applicable independence requirements and professional standards governing the provision of assurance services. Shelze Professional Services is a licensed independent firm of Chartered Accountants that provides assurance services. Shelze Advisory Services Limited and its affiliated entities โ Shelze Advisory Services LLC (Houston, Texas), Shelze Advisory Services FZE (Itana, Alaro City Free Zone) and Shelze Consulting (Ghana) โ provide tax, advisory, and consulting services and are not licensed to provide assurance services.
This Policy applies to all use of the Website, including the interactive tools (VAT Calculator, PIT/PAYE Calculator, Payment Advice Calculator, Invoice Generator), Shelze products (Shelze Spark, Revenue Management Platform, IFRS 9 ECL Engine), newsletter subscription, enquiry and RFP forms, and webinar attendance. Where a Shelze product has its own terms, those product-specific terms apply in addition to this Policy.
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only, including personal or business reference, genuine enquiries about our services, and sharing content with appropriate attribution.
You must not use the Website for any of the following purposes:
(a) Any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
(b) Using tools or calculators to prepare fraudulent tax returns, false financial statements, fictitious invoices, or deceptive documents;
(c) Submitting false information through any form;
(d) Scraping, crawling, data mining, or automated extraction without our written consent;
(e) Reverse engineering any software or tool on the Website;
(f) Attempting unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data;
(g) Introducing viruses, malware, or harmful code;
(h) Interfering with or overburdening the Website;
(i) Impersonation of any person or entity;
(j) Infringement of intellectual property rights;
(k) Sending spam or unsolicited advertising;
(l) Any violation of Nigerian law including the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act 2015, the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, or applicable tax and financial regulations.
Outputs from our interactive tools and calculators are provided for general guidance only and do not constitute professional advice. We do not warrant the accuracy of calculations. Outputs are based on rates and thresholds as at the last update date. Tools must not be used to prepare fraudulent documents of any kind.
Use of Shelze products (Shelze Spark, Revenue Management Platform, IFRS 9 ECL Engine) accessed through or referenced on the Website is subject to additional product-specific terms and conditions.
