Shelze Advisory Services Limited and its affiliated entities — Shelze Advisory Services LLC (Houston, Texas), Shelze Advisory Services FZE (Itana, Alaro City Free Zone) and Shelze Consulting (Ghana) — provide tax, advisory, and consulting services and are not licensed to provide assurance services.
Shelze Professional Services is a licensed independent firm of Chartered Accountants registered with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC Registration: FRC/2025/COY/571840). It provides assurance services in accordance with standards issued by ICAN, CITN, and the FRC. Shelze Advisory Services Limited provides tax, advisory, consulting, and digital services and is not licensed to provide assurance services. The Shelze affiliate structure includes Shelze Advisory Services LLC (Houston, Texas), Shelze Advisory Services FZE (Itana, Alaro City Free Zone), and Shelze Consulting (Ghana).
